Busy Mail Day

Tomorrow will be a busy mail day --- not only for tax day but for those of us who love, love, love our ATGs!!

As I write this blog post it is 7 degrees outside and snow is everywhere.  We got 13.5" of snow on Thursday and it dropped fast, just like the weather man said it would.  When I left for work there were just flurries when the office closed at Noon I couldn't get my car out of the  parking lot because of the snow.  Thankfully one of the guys I work with has a 4x4 and he made sure a few of us got home.  I am very thankful for his kindness and thoughtfulness and I wanted to show my appreciation. 

 It was the perfect card to make to use my Star Dust Stickles, which is the color of the week for a new site that I stumbled across All That Stickles I have no idea how a Stickle lover like me didn't know about that site before!  LOL!

Valentine's Cards for My Two Favorite Guys!!!

Here are the Valentine cards that I made for My Two Favorite Guys!!!

My husband's card, which for anyone that knows him, is the perfect card.  

He loves to work, build and play games on computers.  

Had to sneak in some bling and add some Stickles!  

 In any "CASE".

 Computer equipment is much like my crafty goodies and toys I mean TOOLS and that there are specific things that I would like to have and it is easier for me to buy on my own (so I can search out the best deal, make sure all the specs meet my needs, etc.)  Since there were a few computer cases that he has mentioned recently I created a card with a "Good for 1 CASE!" coupon for him to use.  Ready for a funny story.......Valentine's afternoon I get a text message from DH with a picture of a new computer case on the table in his office.  Yep, that's right he bought a new case for his computer.  

UH OH!!  

We had a good laugh when he opened the card!  

 This is my son's card.  One of them anyway. 

 The rockets tip and stars have Stickles on them.  What can I say - I love Stickles!

February........ALREADY???

Wow - I can not believe that it is the middle of February ALREADY!!! 

I have been busy reorganizing my crafting area (I still have a LONG way to go) but I am feeling good about the progress that I have made.  Still on the top of my wish list is to have a white box to use to take better photos of my crafty creations.  I have been working on some creations - it hasn't been all work and no play. 

This blog isn't the only thing that I have neglected, I was WAY behind on emails and am powering through them and am just amazed by all of the talented people that I follow.  Speaking of talented people, Sherrie over at Sherrie Scraps with Passion is celebrating her 2nd Year Blogaversary with a LOVELY giveaway so go check it out and become a follower or email subscriber.
