Hope you are all enjoying Summer.  It is too hot here (upper 90's)  to enjoy the great outdoors for too long during the day.

This week at Cooking with Cricut we are celebrating the 1st Day of Summer!!

For this challenge I created invitations and food labels.

The Enjoy all Seasons Imagine Cricut Cartridge was used for the invitation.

With some Stickles added to jazz it up a bit.

The From My Kitchen Cricut Cartridge was used for the food label.

With a rhinestone cherry and green Stickles for the leaf.

Hope this project gives you an idea or two on how to celebrate Summer wtih a BBQ or picnic.  I would love to see what you create.  Please link up your project to our Challenge over at Cooking with Cricut

Sorry about the darkness of the photos.  I hope there is a Christmas in July!!!!  I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a white box to use when photographing my crafts.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. So cute! I especially love the pie card -- that rhinestone cherry is . . . well, the cherry on top!

  2. Oh wow Hattie, Both of your cards are just wonderful. I love the red checked paper you used on both cards. I have this imagine cart but have never used it. I will have to pull it out and give it a better look. Great idea to add the stickles to it. The gem on the pie, truly says "a cherry on top".
